Learn How to Keep Raw Milk Fresh

Raw organic milk will stay sweet for about 2 weeks if kept at 40 degrees.

Unlike pasteurized milk which becomes putrid when it goes off, raw organic milk remains healthful and life-giving as it sours. However, you should keep it covered and chilled.

The most important time for freshness occurs between the store and your home.

Bring along a cooler to help keep your milk chilled on the way home.
