Healing Rarely Happens Alone

While we may spend a great deal of time speaking about the ways in which we can use nutritious food to heal ourselves, that is only the beginning. Healing needs to occur in mind, body, sprit and relationship.

It is presumptuous to dictate how healing may come to us.
